Ocean Criminal Defense & Traffic Attorney

Criminal Defense Lawyer & Former Prosecutor

Ocean Township is a Monmouth County municipality that has become an ideal location for families wishing to settle "down the shore." Nestled between the Garden State Parkway and several coastal municipalities, Ocean is accessible, yet shielded from much of the "beach commotion." Still, both tourists and residents sometimes find themselves in legal trouble while in Ocean. Each defense lawyer at the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall has appeared on behalf of clients in Ocean Municipal Court. Our criminal defense attorneys have studied all the motor vehicle and criminal offenses, such as Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), for which one can be arrested or charged in Ocean. There are serious legal consequences to being arrested pursuant to municipal charges. Retaining a defense attorney is the best way to mitigate these consequences. Our lawyers are ready to assist you, so do not hesitate to call us.

Ocean Municipal Court

The Ocean Township Municipal Court serves both Ocean Township and Loch Arbour Village. Largely misdemeanor charges are heard therein. Still, if you receive a conviction for a traffic violation, DWI, a municipal ordinance violation, you could then incur fines, jail time, and even a permanent record could result. These days, criminal backgrounds are becoming increasingly "obtainable" by employers. Some of the offenses that are often charged in Ocean are Assault, Driving Under the Influence, Driving While Intoxicated, Noise Violations, Careless Driving, Criminal Mischief, Hindering or Fleeing a Police Officer, Underage Drinking, Public Urination, Racing on the Highway, etc. If you were charged with any of these violations, contact our criminal defense attorneys now. These charges and offenses have certain legal consequences that you might not appreciate. Our first consultation is without charge, so do not wait long to obtain help.
