Pretrial Intervention in New Jersey
We thought it would be informative for you to see what the Order of Postponement looks like if you are admitted into Pretrial Intervention (“PTI”). Prosecution of the charges is postponed for the period set forth in the Order when you are admitted into the program. Your criminal charge(s) will be permanently dismissed at the conclusion of the postponement term provided you comply with the conditions of PTI probation/supervision.
