Former DWI Prosecutor Now Defending You

The intersection of Rt. 70 and Rt. 37 leads to a sizable number of motorists arrested for driving while intoxicated. If you know someone who received a summons for drunk driving or breath test refusal in Manchester, our Ocean County DWI attorneys are ready and able to serve you. Jonathan Marshall is a former municipal prosecutor from several municipalities in New Jersey, which puts our firm at a tremendous advantage in when handling DWI cases. Furthermore, our attorneys at The Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall has completed extensive training on the Alcotest breath test device and its operation. All of our lawyers are also qualified in the procedures specified in the standardized field sobriety tests, as established by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. We doubt that there is another New Jersey law firm that can say that every attorney on their defense team holds certifications in both the Alcotest and standardized field sobriety testing. We believe that these credentials, over 100 combined years of experience defending individuals, and our prosecution experience, make us a logical choice for your consideration in selecting a lawyer to defend your Manchester DWI.
