Summit Criminal & Traffic Offenses
Criminal Defense Lawyer & Former Prosecutor
Summit derived its name based on its being situated atop of a small mountain in Union County. The nature of the community is such that it is a rather sought after location for establishing a home. Nonetheless, one should not be misguided in thinking that Summit need not employ police nor that incidents of arrest do not arise there. Summit has, in fact, as much need for a police force as any other town in New Jersey as criminal and traffic violations occur everywhere. At the Law Offices of Jonathan F.
