Raymond Tejeda joined the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall in 2023, bringing 5 years of criminal law experience from both NY and NJ with him.
Raymond was raised by both parents who are from the Dominican Republic and speaks both English and Spanish. Raymond earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Criminal Justice from John Jay College for Criminal Justice in 2015, becoming a first generation college graduate. He immediately enrolled at Rutgers School of Law and received his J.D. in 2018.
Initially, Raymond worked at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York for a number of years before returning home to Hudson County. Raymond was then a Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor for a year and then worked as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office for a number of years before finally joining our office.
At home, Raymond is a father of two, loves sports, and enjoys family parties.
