An experienced defense attorney and former Assistant Prosecutor, Ryan Farrell has obtained successful outcomes for clients in Superior and Municipal courts throughout the State of New Jersey. Additionally, he often represents both plaintiffs and defendants in Final Restraining Order (FRO) hearings in Family Court.
Ryan served as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office from 2021 until 2024 where he prosecuted hundreds of cases and successfully tried cases involving charges of Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Firearm Offenses. Additionally, he successfully tried the first case in Middlesex County under the New Jersey Courts’ Attorney Conducted Voir-Dire program and served as faculty for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s (OAG) Advocacy Institute on that subject.
Mr. Farrell received a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from The Catholic University of America in 2011. He received his Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School in 2018. Following his graduation from law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Carolyn A. Murray, J.S.C. & Richard T. Sules, J.S.C., Essex County.
