Thomas D. Carver is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in criminal law and public service. He began his career with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office in the Organized Crime Division, where he focused on complex investigations and prosecutions involving criminal enterprises.
Mr. Carver also held a position with the Office of Attorney Ethics, contributing to the oversight and accountability of legal professionals across the state.
Most recently, he served with distinction at the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office for 19 years, primarily within the Domestic Violence and Sex Crimes Unit, before retiring in June of 2025. During his tenure, he handled a wide range of serious criminal matters, trying numerous cases involving assault, robbery, homicide, and sexual assault.
Today, he leverages his extensive experience to aggressively and effectively defend clients facing serious criminal charges, committed to protecting their rights and ensuring fair treatment under the law.
