According to the police reports, a forty-one year old Kearny resident is alleged to have broken into a fellow Kearny resident’s home and took several pieces of jewelry. The police have reported that the Defendant allegedly broke into the victims home by smashing in a back window and when inside the defendant rummaged through the home looking for valuables. Furthermore, it is alleged that the Defendant made off with three (3) necklaces, nine (9) bracelets, ten (10) rings, ten (10) watches, thirty-nine (39) pairs of earnings and four (4) charms.

The Defendant appeared at the Central Judicial Processing Court in Hudson County, New Jersey and was formally been charged with burglary in the third degree, theft of moveable property, receiving stolen property and possession of burglary tools. His bail has been set at $40,000 with a ten percent cash option.
