Jersey City resident Charged with Distributing Oxycodone in Hoboken NJ
According to the reports, a 47 year old ex-con from Jersey City, was caught distributing Oxycodon in Hoboken New Jersey last week. The facts surrounding the incident are unclear at this time, but the Defendant appeared at the Central Judicial Processing Court and was arraigned on his charges, which are as follows: possession of Oxycodone pills with the intent to distribute in a school zone and within 500 feet of a public park, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing. Bail was set in the amount of $50,000 cash or bond due to the Defendant’s lengthy prior record, which consists of 28 prior arrests in New Jersey, 6 in Virginia and 1 in New York. If convicted on all charges the Defendant could be facing over twenty years in a New Jersey State Prison.
