Charges in Delran Township New Jersey

Aside for DWI, DUI and driving under the influence of drug charges, Delran is basically a middle of the range Burlington County town when it comes to arrests. The numbers are not overwhelming when you consider that the Township has 16,896 residents (i.e. 12th most populated) and measures 7.206 square miles (24th). These case were referred to the Burlington County Superior Court in Mount Holly NJ as that is the only place where crimes of the first degree, second degree, third degree or fourth degree crimes can be heard. The most frequently encountered crimes of this nature include possession of hard street drug like heroin and cocaine, and aggravated assault offenses.
