The Magnolia Municipal Court is located at 438 West Evesham Avenue, Magnolia, NJ 08049-1725. Daily operation of the municipal court is the responsibility of the Court Administrator, Jacquelyn Vicari. Ms. Vicari and her staff may be reached Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by visiting the court in person or calling 856-784-7134. Court sessions are conducted under the guidance of Honorable Krisden McCrink, the Municipal Court Judge of Magnolia. The state is represented in all proceedings by the Magnolia Municipal Prosecutor, Howard Long, Esq. The Municipal Court of Magnolia Borough is a court of limited jurisdiction. Its authority is confined to deciding misdemeanor criminal cases, ordinance violations, DWI and other motor vehicle summonses issued within the town. The municipal court does not possess the ability to deal with indictable crimes of the first, second, third or fourth degree.
