Laurel Springs Criminal Attorney

Laurel Springs is a small Camden County municipality located about 14 miles from the Walt Whitman Bridge. Despite its limited size, the Borough of Laurel Springs processes approximately 150 criminal cases and over 1,000 traffic violations, including DWI, driving on a suspended license, speeding, and other motor vehicle tickets. If you have been charged with an offense in this town, it is important that you retain an experienced criminal attorney as early as possible. Disorderly persons offenses like marijuana possession, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, simple assault and harassment expose you to up to six months incarceration, probation and other financial sanctions, especially when you have a prior history. A conviction for a serious traffic charge can also trigger significant penalties, even a suspension of your New Jersey driving privileges and jail. The attorneys at The Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall have the qualifications to avert a negative outcome. We have over 100 years of combined experience and several among our eight defense lawyers are former prosecutors.
