Directions to Fair Haven Boro. Municipal Court: take the GARDEN STATE PARKWAY to Exit 109. Take CR-520 EAST/NEWMAN SPRINGS Rd. The road will end at an intersection next to a DUNKIN DONUTS. Make a left at the intersection onto Rte 35/BROAD St. Stay on BROAD St. until it ends. Make a right onto FRONT St. FRONT St. becomes RIVER Rd. On the right side will be BOROUGH HALL, FAIR HAVEN Municipal Court.
